Service
ProofBetter provides managed or self-hosted creative review software under the plan and deployment terms selected at purchase.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for authorized account use, workspace content, lawful reviewer invitations, and appropriate security configuration.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected interval until canceled. Taxes, provider charges, plan limits, self-hosting responsibilities, and enterprise terms may apply.
Content and availability
You retain rights in your content. Review restrictions are access controls, not DRM. Service commitments, support, data processing, and liability terms are governed by the applicable plan, order form, or agreement.
Review content and safety
Do not use ProofBetter to harass or threaten others, publish hateful or exploitative material, distribute spam or scams, or violate copyright or privacy rights. Use the report controls on a proof, comment, or reply to flag concerns. Workspace administrators and the installation operator can restrict violating content and suspend abusive access. Basic text screening and administrator-configured filters help prevent prohibited text from being posted; these controls do not guarantee that every harmful item will be detected.
